• TO HELP REDUCE THE CARBON EMISSION

Carbon emission has a direct link with global warming. At our company, we have implemented SDI (Systematic Dispatch Initiative) so that we can track transport usage and avoid unplanned deliveries to our customers. With this initiative, we can reduce the cost and haphazard deliveries which will lead to the usage of more fuel and cost. We plan to upgrade our transport to 100% carbon-free in the next few years.

We encourage our employees to go green and educate them about the changes an individual can bring to the table as a whole.

• GO GREEN AND SUSTAIN GREEN

A small sapling can teach a lot about life and sustainability. Having green around not only keeps the environment peaceful but has many Physiological and psychological advantages. Our committee indulges itself in every possible event and engages employees to help institutions Go Green and Sustain Green.

• REDUCE OR NULLIFY THE USE OF CHEMICALS

The use of chemicals may have a direct or indirect impact on the workforce and the end-users. We strive to reduce the use of chemicals. In the products where there is a compulsion for chemicals, we are bound to use Nature-friendly chemicals only.  

• ADOPT AND SUSTAIN RECYCLING

Recycling reduces the dependency on raw materials acquired directly from nature (e.g., Cotton, Jute, and Metal). These raw materials cannot be readily used as they have to undergo further processing to be used in the making of garments. Recycled materials will help reduce the impact caused on nature. We are certified GRS (Global Recycled Standard) manufacturers of Woven Tapes, Knitted Tape, Draw Cords, Draw Cords with Metal and Fancy Ends, Knitted cuffs/collars, Flat Knit Fabrics, etc., 

• REDUCE MATERIAL WASTE THROUGH PPC

Quantity and quality both are interdependent on processing. Systematic Production Planning and Control can reduce wastage in each stage. Conversion of Raw material to finished goods is monitored intensively to avoid wastage. The application of Six Sigma in the process is helping us to have control over each stage of the product.

Office/Workspace is next home to the employees. They spend most of the daylight working at the office, hence we understand that their safety, health, and rights are well protected and preserved.
